The Indian corporation, Vcare Care Call Centers India (p) Ltd., is a wholly owned subsidiary of the US corporation. The center is a 100% IP based network and uses CISCO technology platform. Electrical power and Internet connectivity are redundant.

    I would like to thanks that helps me a lot to get best opportunity according to my skill. There are so many job portal site are available but I found it more helpful because in the same job site there is a discussion forum option, open to discuss any kind of topic.

    Call Centers India is playing an important role in the Call Centers Industry. The companies which are listed in the directory are well known call centers. It shows that CCI is also stand on top in the compititon. I have seen the discussion forum and joined it too for the valuable discusstion topics which are related to the call centers. Overall, while searching for a call center I got this site as per my desire for which I was looking for.

    The blog maintained by you (Call Centers India) is good collection of general topics which are buzzing in call centre world. I got some time and I spend some time of mine exploring your website, seriously speaking, this is one the bore website I found over internet, a new user can’t stay on your website as it hardly have anything attractive which can stay a non regular vistor for more than 10 to 30 seconds.

    While exploring the website I found that there are so many links which are not complete websites, it seems to me like pages are borrowed from others, but the good thing I like that there are individual topic discussed. There are dedicated websites also like vcare and webdevelopment-1 which are good by content and information wise.But strategically speaking you have no other website links, means you only link to your website, means Call Centers India is parent or big tree and all these websites are there branches.

    Well, you have done a great job by providing one stop destination for almost every area of call center, I wish you keep continue this good work and there lots of other information and content I am looking forward.

    hi john,
    i am rock hailing from south america . it was really nice to see your view abt call centre . but i am not agree with you . see callcentre industy is not too bad n to be really frank nothing official about it. but the problem is with outsourcsing ,i think it should be localised with in country.i have been using aol as my ispand many occasion i face problem . whenever i called my call gets routed to some asian county india.these bloody indians are unable to unserstand even wat i say ,what they would help further.i think its really frustating for us when we repeat single word so many times to them …………………..i appreciate if either they would train sound or give up…………

    Make CCI website more effectively give some good tips to whom they started newly call center with ten seater and more guide them how they can prevent froud from scamers be cause if u see thir are lot of scamers do in froud with such call centers befor earning any thing these people are losiing thie intrest on this industries.
    So plz help them to give some good tips and how they can get good process with genuine client.lot of scamers give thir ad on net and they will ask some upfront amount and once they get that they will no more in touch with paid centers and they will not guide properly to new comer s.
