I realized that social networking is a online community where the worker spend too much time such as Facebook and I impress your point about young people learning from Facebook about a new kind of activism. There really isn’t a platform for people to exchange ideas, except online.

I think there is real potential for change. Over time as more people realize the potential, I think Facebook will be taken more seriously as a way to promote social causes.

Yeah it is fact that much more agents are wasting & enjoying their time by using social site As social site is having less pircay . And in the era of competition we should take care about the time.

So company should try to develop a software from where boss can monitor by seeing all the things what any agent is doing on his/ her system so that agent can give much more time on the work of company.
