		<description>I have worked in call centers off and on for quite a few years and find that they are not a comforting place at all!  You get call after call after call.  You&#039;re like an actor, who after being verbally abused by a customer have to take the next call and not show that it has affected you at all, but inside, because we&#039;re human you still are getting over that other call.  I never realized how rude, and outright mean people can be.  Yet I still have a love for people.  It&#039;s the companies who require idiotic sayings, time limits for calls, etc. that creates added stress.  It&#039;s bad enough that in some call centers your hours change everyday and your body is confused let alone the other stresses.  Plus having schedules where you can be working 8 days in a row before getting a day off.  I have no idea where all you other people work but welcome to reality.  Large call centers are not good things.</description>
